About Me:

I began my journey into psychology many years ago and I have received my bachelor’s degree in psychology, a Master’s in clinical mental health counseling, an executive certificate in psychology, certification in purpose/motivational life coaching (advanced training certification), and actively growing my knowledge base with a Ph.D in social psychology through Liberty University. I work full time in mental health counseling, in private practice, with a clear and unwavering goal in mind: to help individuals discover and cultivate genuine happiness in their work, relationships, and overall life experience.

As a student at Liberty University, I have studied many concepts and practices which have greatly influenced my daily life as well as my social interactions. The focus of my Doctoral Program is to research and develop a greater understanding of aspects of the human life cycle, how they contribute to ones views, and how we process events on a daily basis.

My background in positive psychology and reality therapy (employing choice theory), paired with a deep personal interest in fostering respectful dialogue, affirmation, and a sense of spirituality, enables me to help others meaningfully focus, reflect, and ultimately refine their lives.

I look forward to working through this study to expand my knowledge and I hope to develop interventions to support the greater community.
